The purpose of ACE’s accounting services is to assist with the accounting operations of clubs and societies, which will potentially improve core operations of these organizations . Additionally, with the assistance of trained Accounting Associates, the department wishes to improve the confidence of external stakeholders, as it checks the validity of the club or society’s financial records and processes through the completion of internal reviews. • Financial Statements – Provide information to assist in the understanding of basic financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, bank reconciliation and cash flow statements.
• Bookkeeping – Provide templates and guidance to create accurate and professional financial statements essential to any management of operations.
• Internal Review – Provide a review of organization’s financial position and stability as well as provide suggestions to strengthen any concerns that arise.
