Claudia Fong
Claudia  joined ACE  because she figured that joining more clubs and meeting new people would occupy her time better than watching Youtube videos alone in her dorm. Truly, she sees her commitment in ACE as a beneficial way to learn about consulting, interaction amongst people, accounting, and finance as she is in the AFM program. Outside of ACE, she is a part of the AFSA BOI (otherwise known as the Board of Implementation team).Other than videos on Youtube, Claudia also enjoys watching tv shows. She decided to join the a capella group at Waterloo because she is a big Glee fan. However, rehearsal times conflict with the airing of the actual show, so she is torn between the two.

Mayank Gupta
Mayank joined ACE because he wanted to be surrounded and work with highly motivated students. He hopes to develop a further understanding of the clubs on Waterloo’s campus and assist them with planning and dealing with conflicts. Through accounting, consulting and environment services provided to clients, he can develop skills that will help him in his future career path.Mayank is also an active member of the Accounting and Finance Student Association (AFSA) and participates in dodge ball intramurals. During his spare time, he likes to play many sports, including soccer, volleyball, tennis and squash.

On a side note, Jasmine loves to read, shop and eat. In fact, food might just be her best friend.
Anson Lee
Anson chose to be a member of ACE because he is interested in gaining practical experience in the field of accounting and consulting. He hopes this experience will complement his classroom knowledge and allow him to apply himself under the guidance of more experienced executives and associates. ACE really appealed to him since he appreciates the fact that ACE is an association that channels our expertise to good use by supporting the financial aspect of clubs on- and off-campus.Swimming, volunteering and flying are a few hobbies of his and he also likes to blog and write poetry on his free time. A small project that he is working on the side right now is to publish a small poetry collection called”Lifesight.”

Derek Wan
Derek chose to join ACE because he was intrigued by the prospect of interacting with other clubs on campus and assisting them on their innovative projects.  In his mind, the best feeling in the world is when one works hard and puts time into a project and finally seeing everything materialize in front of you. Through ACE, Derek knows he will gain opportunities to pursue his interests and attain the feeling of self-fulfillment that is very worthwhile to him.He is currently involved in the UW Finance Association and AFSA Investment Group where he furthers his finance knowledge. He is also a special event ambassador for his residence and a high school ambassador for the School of Accounting and Finance. One interesting fact about Derek is that he only listens to one song until he is fed up with it.

Henry Yu
Being an Accounting & Financial Management student, Henry chose to join ACE because he wanted the opportunity to work on work relevant to his future career. He felt that ACE was the clear choice because he wished to be able to demonstrate his skills with the services ACE provides to their clientele.Aside from ACE, he teaches swimming throughout the year and has started to play around with archery with the UW Archery Club on campus. A fun fact about Henry is that he loves swimming and food, but mostly the food.
